About DineOS

Restaurant software built next to a real kitchen.

DineOS started in September 2026 with one job: replace a printed menu at a restaurant chain in Cairo with a QR code that opened instantly and worked on any phone. The owner wanted to know which dishes people actually looked at, so the menu learned to count. Then the managers asked if guests could order from it. Then the kitchen wanted its own screen. It grew from there, one real request at a time.

Today DineOS runs menus, orders, kitchens, waiting lists, stock and guest marketing for restaurants in Arabic, English and German, with every branch kept separate and every restaurant in its own database.

Who's behind it

DineOS is built by Remon Ramy, a software engineer in Egypt. He writes the code, runs the servers and answers the support tickets himself, so when you write to DineOS you're talking to the person who can actually fix it.

What we care about

Speed comes first. A guest standing at a table won't wait for a slow menu, so the menu is light and opens fast on cheap phones and weak connections. After that comes honesty with guests: they choose what they share, they can stop messages with one word, and nobody's data is sold.

And it has to work on a phone. Restaurant managers live on their phones, so every page of the dashboard is designed for one first.
